Role Overview
Our platform includes CV creation, profile management, AI-assisted workflows, job discovery, applications and employer-facing features. This role helps us build confidence in those experiences through thoughtful test strategy, automation, exploratory testing and reliable release checks.
What You'll Do
- Create and maintain automated end-to-end, integration and API tests for critical product workflows.
- Test responsive behaviour across browsers, devices and common screen sizes.
- Design regression coverage for CV creation, profile data, authentication, applications and AI-assisted features.
- Identify edge cases, reproduce defects clearly and work with developers to verify fixes.
- Improve test data, test environments and release-readiness processes.
- Contribute to performance, accessibility and basic security testing where appropriate.
- Track quality trends and help the team prevent recurring defects rather than only reporting them.
What We're Looking For
- Experience testing modern web applications and APIs.
- Hands-on use of Playwright, Cypress, Selenium or comparable automation tools.
- Ability to write clear test cases and practical automated checks in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python or another relevant language.
- Strong debugging, reproduction and defect-reporting skills.
- Understanding of browser behaviour, HTTP, APIs and common frontend/backend failure modes.
- Attention to detail without losing sight of user impact and business priority.
- Ability to work effectively with developers, designers and product teams.
Nice to Have
- Mobile testing or cross-device automation experience.
- Load/performance testing and accessibility-testing experience.
- Experience testing AI/LLM features where outputs may be probabilistic.
- CI/CD integration and quality-gate experience.
