Role Overview
We want more candidates and employers to discover Neural Career Network through useful content, credible campaigns and consistent brand presence. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you may plan and execute campaigns across social, communities, partnerships and performance channels while measuring what actually drives registrations and engagement.
What You'll Do
- Plan and execute digital campaigns that attract relevant candidates, professionals and employers.
- Manage and adapt content for social platforms, communities, email and other approved channels.
- Create campaign briefs, promotional copy, landing-page recommendations and distribution plans.
- Track acquisition, conversion and engagement performance and report what is working or underperforming.
- Coordinate with design and content teams to produce consistent campaign assets.
- Test new channels and messages in small, measurable experiments before scaling them.
- Maintain ethical promotion practices and respect platform rules instead of relying on spam or misleading claims.
What We're Looking For
- Practical experience with digital marketing, social campaigns or online audience growth.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills for professional audiences.
- Ability to interpret campaign data and make decisions from measurable results.
- Understanding of conversion funnels, landing pages and audience segmentation.
- Strong organizational skills for running multiple campaigns and content schedules.
- Ability to adapt messaging for different channels without losing brand consistency.
- Comfort working independently and reporting progress clearly.
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing SaaS, career, recruitment or productivity products.
- Paid media, retargeting or lifecycle marketing experience.
- Basic design/video editing capability for fast campaign iteration.
- Experience building partnerships with communities, creators or professional groups.
