Role Overview
Neural Career Network spans candidate tools, employer workflows, AI-assisted features and a growing career ecosystem. In this role, you may help us define what should be built, why it matters, how success will be measured and how teams can deliver it in manageable stages.
What You'll Do
- Translate user needs and business objectives into clear product requirements and priorities.
- Define user stories, acceptance criteria, flows and measurable outcomes for product initiatives.
- Maintain and refine backlogs while balancing impact, effort, dependencies and technical constraints.
- Coordinate with design, engineering, data, AI and business stakeholders throughout delivery.
- Review product analytics, feedback and support signals to identify opportunities and problems.
- Help plan experiments, launches and iterative improvements rather than relying on large one-time releases.
- Keep decisions, scope and rationale documented so distributed teams remain aligned.
What We're Looking For
- Experience working on digital products, SaaS platforms or complex web applications.
- Strong ability to break broad ideas into clear, testable product requirements.
- Comfort working with technical teams and understanding engineering trade-offs.
- Good analytical thinking and ability to use evidence rather than opinion alone.
- Strong written communication, prioritization and stakeholder-management skills.
- User-focused thinking with attention to practical adoption and usability.
- Ability to work in an evolving environment where priorities may change as evidence improves.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI products, HR-tech, recruitment, career platforms or marketplaces.
- Product analytics, experimentation or growth-product experience.
- Technical background or familiarity with APIs, data models and modern web architectures.
- Experience working with remote or internationally distributed teams.
