Role Overview
We are interested in extending AI-assisted career experiences to mobile devices in a way that feels native, fast and dependable. As a Mobile App Developer, you may build candidate-focused mobile experiences that connect securely to our existing platform and support profiles, CV workflows, jobs, notifications and AI-enabled features.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain cross-platform or native mobile features for iOS and Android.
- Integrate mobile experiences with secure APIs, authentication, profile data, jobs and application workflows.
- Implement AI-assisted product features with careful attention to latency, error handling and user trust.
- Optimize performance, responsiveness, caching and network behaviour for real mobile conditions.
- Implement notifications, deep links, analytics and app lifecycle behaviours where appropriate.
- Write maintainable code, automated tests and release documentation.
- Collaborate with design and backend teams to deliver consistent experiences across web and mobile.
What We're Looking For
- Production experience with React Native, Flutter, Swift/Kotlin or another modern mobile stack.
- Strong understanding of mobile application architecture, state management and API integration.
- Experience with authentication, secure local storage and common mobile security practices.
- Ability to debug performance, device-specific and network-related issues.
- Experience with source control, testing and release workflows.
- Good understanding of responsive/mobile UX and platform conventions.
- Ability to work independently and communicate technical decisions clearly.
Nice to Have
- App Store / Google Play release experience.
- Push notifications, deep linking, offline-first or background-task experience.
- AI/LLM integration or on-device inference experience.
- Experience with career, productivity, SaaS or marketplace applications.
