Role Overview
We are building a career platform with complex workflows that need to feel simple: creating a CV, understanding an ATS score, matching to jobs, managing a profile and moving through an application. As a UI/UX Product Designer, you may shape these experiences from early flows through polished, responsive interfaces.
What You'll Do
- Design end-to-end user flows for candidate, employer and platform-management experiences.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity UI, interactive prototypes and responsive desktop/mobile designs.
- Develop and maintain reusable design-system patterns that keep the product consistent as it grows.
- Simplify complex forms, CV editing, dashboards, matching and application workflows.
- Use research, product data and usability feedback to improve designs over time.
- Prepare clear developer handoff, states, responsive behaviour and interaction guidance.
- Balance visual quality with accessibility, performance and practical implementation constraints.
What We're Looking For
- Strong portfolio showing real digital product or SaaS UX/UI work.
- Proficiency with Figma or comparable product-design tools.
- Good understanding of information architecture, interaction design, responsive design and design systems.
- Ability to design complex workflows without overwhelming the user.
- Understanding of accessibility and usability fundamentals.
- Ability to explain design decisions and collaborate constructively with developers and product stakeholders.
- High attention to spacing, typography, hierarchy and interaction states.
Nice to Have
- Experience with career, HR-tech, productivity, SaaS or marketplace products.
- Experience designing AI-assisted workflows or conversational interfaces.
- Basic HTML/CSS understanding for practical handoff decisions.
- User research, usability testing or conversion-optimization experience.
