Role Overview
We are building AI-enabled career and recruitment products that combine rich user experiences with reliable backend systems. As an AI Full-Stack Developer, you may work across the complete product stack — from responsive interfaces and APIs to data flows, authentication, automation and AI-assisted features.
What You'll Do
- Build and improve production features across our web applications using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
- Develop backend services, APIs, authentication flows, data models and integrations that support candidate and employer workflows.
- Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into practical product features such as CV assistance, matching, recommendations, search and workflow automation.
- Improve application performance, reliability, accessibility and responsiveness across desktop and mobile experiences.
- Write maintainable, testable code and contribute to code reviews, documentation and technical decisions.
- Investigate production issues, identify root causes and implement durable fixes rather than temporary patches.
- Collaborate with product, design, data and AI specialists to turn requirements into usable product experiences.
What We're Looking For
- Solid JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals and practical experience with React, Next.js or a comparable modern framework.
- Backend development experience using Node.js, Python or another production server-side stack.
- Working knowledge of REST APIs, databases, authentication, state management and common web security practices.
- Ability to understand an existing codebase and make safe, incremental improvements.
- Experience with Git-based development, debugging, testing and deployment workflows.
- Interest in AI-assisted product development and the ability to evaluate when AI should — and should not — be used.
- Clear communication and the ability to work independently in a distributed environment.
Nice to Have
- Docker, cloud deployment, CI/CD or observability experience.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Firebase, Supabase or similar data platforms.
- Hands-on work with LLM APIs, local models, embeddings, vector search or inference tooling.
- Experience building SaaS, career, HR-tech or marketplace products.
