Role Overview
Our platform produces data across candidate profiles, CVs, job interactions, product usage and employer workflows. This role helps us turn that information into reliable pipelines, clean data models, useful analytics and measurable product insights while maintaining strong data-quality and privacy practices.
What You'll Do
- Design and maintain data pipelines that collect, transform and organize product and operational data.
- Create robust schemas and analytical models for candidates, skills, jobs, applications, engagement and platform usage.
- Build dashboards, reports and reusable metrics that help teams understand acquisition, activation, retention and product performance.
- Implement data-quality checks, lineage, validation and monitoring so decisions are based on dependable information.
- Support search, matching, recommendation and AI workflows with well-structured datasets and feature-ready data.
- Work with engineering teams on event tracking, instrumentation and analytics definitions.
- Handle sensitive career and user data responsibly and support privacy-aware data practices.
What We're Looking For
- Strong SQL and practical experience working with relational or analytical databases.
- Experience with Python or another language commonly used for data processing and automation.
- Understanding of ETL/ELT, data modelling, data quality and analytics workflows.
- Ability to translate business or product questions into measurable metrics and datasets.
- Experience creating clear dashboards or reports for non-technical stakeholders.
- Good attention to detail when working with large or messy datasets.
- Clear communication and documentation skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with event analytics, experimentation or product analytics.
- Cloud data warehouses, orchestration tools or streaming systems.
- Knowledge graphs, taxonomies, embeddings or search/recommendation datasets.
- Experience with HR, recruitment, labour-market or career data.
How We Work & What We Value
- Take ownership — raise risks early, follow through on commitments and care about the final result.
- Communicate clearly — remote work depends on useful updates, good documentation and respectful collaboration.
- Keep learning — we expect tools, AI capabilities and product requirements to keep changing.
- Solve the real problem — challenge unnecessary complexity and suggest better approaches when you see them.
- Respect users and their data — career information is sensitive and should be handled responsibly.
- Work pragmatically — quality matters, but so do prioritization, iteration and delivering useful outcomes.
