This overview explains the product’s intended privacy posture. It should be reviewed and finalized before production launch.
Account details, resumes, applications, jobs, company profiles, messages, notifications, analytics events, billing identifiers, moderation records, and AI usage logs may be processed to operate the platform.
AI features use the user or company data needed for the requested workflow, such as resume text, job descriptions, applications, interview answers, or company profile context.
Moderation, blocking, reporting, rate-limiting, anti-bot checks, and security logs are used to protect users and maintain acceptable use.
Stripe is used for checkout and customer portal flows. Email, OAuth, and push-notification providers may be configured in production. Sign-up bot verification runs on our own self-hosted infrastructure, not a third-party captcha vendor.
The application includes account settings, profile visibility controls, blocked-account management, and billing portal access where applicable.
